The first session is focused on getting to know you and the specific challenges you are facing. Then we will work together to create a plan that is specific to your needs.
We are in-network with a wide variety of insurance plans and self-pay options. The insurance carriers include Ambetter, Wellpoint | Amerigroup, BlueCross and BlueShield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna and Evernorth, Magellan, Optum, UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH.
Initial visit usually takes 60 min and follow up visit 30 min.
$250 for initial evaluation and $120 for follow up.
Yes! We believe that medication management should be accessible to everyone, so we do offer payment plans.
We see clients in person in Arlington, Texas, and virtually in Texas, Colorado, and Iowa.

Yes, we will be happy to complete the documents for clients who have completed 3 consistent visits (Usually 3 months). This allows us to have in-depth knowledge of your history and treatment plan.

Rise and shine offer mental health services which includes: Generalized Anxiety Disorders (GAD), social Anxiety Disorder, Panic Attacks, Agoraphobia, Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), ADHD/ADD, DMDD, PTSD, sleep disorders, depression, bipolar, binge disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective, sleep disorder or stress.
We do not treat individuals under the age of 5
Addiction use including alcohol use disorder and opioid dependence.
Anorexia or bulimia.
Yes we do prescribe controlled substances such as stimulants, benzodiazepines, and hypnotics. For individuals needing more than 1 controlled medication will require in-person care or will be referred.
We require 24-48 hours notice to cancel appointments. If you do not cancel or show up for your visit 24 hours prior, there will be a $75 charge. We send reminder texts and emails. We also ask you to put the appointment in your calendar.
